No. 1 Northern's 2015 annual train meet
We had more exhibitors than ever at the No. 1 Northern's annual train meet, held on November 7 at Whyte Ridge Baptist Church in Winnipeg. Among those members displaying and demonstrating were Ron Einarson, Paul Ullrich, Michael Leader and Ian Plett. Lifetime NMRA member Dave Downie was also on hand manning the admissions table and greeting all the visitors. One of the attendees came all the way from Minot, North Dakota to see the show! Ron Einarson ran a modelling clinic and displayed his many award winning models. Roger Kiendl, who was helping to operate the Free-Mo layout, took time to visit Ron's table. It was Roger's last event with us, as he has moved to Regina. We're sure going to miss you, Roger!
Michale leader, our youngest member, constructed this John Allen Timesaver module in G gauge. Randy Midzain is seen operating the module under Michael's direction.
